Preston Shipyard is located at a strategic sea front area with easy access from sea as well as from land. The shipyard is situated on a 8.6 acres of land having a complete facilities including slipways, main jetty, workshops, storage and office space idle for shipbuilding, repair and maintenance.

About UsPreston Shipyard Sdn Bhd a wholly owned subsidiary of Berlada Tech Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Wilayah Persekutuan, Labuan on November 2002.
The infrastructure and facilities which owned by the Labuan Marine Department was privatized under government privatization program to Preston Shipyard for a period of 30 years concession agreement. Under the concession, Preston Shipyard was given rights to manage and operate the shipyard and all its facilities to perform ship building, maintenance and repair.
Preston shipyard has a proven track record in successfully provide services to customers from the military, enforcement agencies, government agencies, commercial and private owned vessels.
